Mr. Ashrafuzzaman reached out to us initially via e-mail last Sunday. Little did we know that this special soul will be our friend that we are going to serve for life. One week after corresponding with us via e-mail, he flew with his family from his hometown, Dhaka, Bangladesh straight to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to get his first Body Powered Transhumeral Prosthesis from BioApps Sdn. Bhd. We welcomed him with open arms and the photos below captured our experience in serving him with our professional service.
